Reinforced concrete frame comprising of footings, columns, beams and slabs, designed in accordance with the regulations for anti-earthquake construction specifications.
WALLS
Exterior walls 30cm thick with 25cm hollow bricks and 5cm thermal insulation.
ROOF
All flat roof surfaces have 5cm thermal insulation material (before red roof tiles-slates installation) and 4mm bitumen reinforced waterproof polyester membrane. Same insulation in all terraces.
FINISHES
Marble floors in all sitting, dining, kitchen, entrance, corridors and stairs and/or high quality ceramic of same value. Ceramic tiles on terraces and around swimming pool. Pre-varnish floating parquet with solid wood top layer in bedrooms. Granostone in parking and drive. Bathroom walls covered with high quality ceramic tiles. All doors, wardrobes, kitchen cupboards and any other carpentry work of Italian-made and/or design
