Description
Excellent house, in a quiet and beautiful place. Great view, around a lot of trees and greenery, to the beach 5 minutes by car.
House: 3 bedrooms, 3 floors, 3 bathrooms with toilet and 1 toilet separately, 2 kitchens, 2 balconies, recreation area, plot 3-level, on one level you can build a swimming pool (in the project there is 4 for 8 meters). Each room has air conditioning, laminate in the bedrooms, heated floors, a solar water heater, sun blinds. During construction, high-quality materials were used (estimates are provided). It was built in 2008.
